Where do we ship from?
We ship all of our items from our studio in Kuta, Bali, Indonesia.
Where do you ship to?
Pretty much anywhere in the world - maybe not Antarctica.
Who do you use for shipping?
On all orders, we use DHL Express shipping. Each order will receive tracking as soon as the order has been packed. DHL is a reputable worldwide shipping courier.
In the rare instance your order is not received from the courier, we take full responsibility and will contact you as soon as possible for either a full refund, or a replacement of the item purchased.
How much does shipping cost?
All orders over $95 AUD, receive free express worldwide shipping.
All orders under $95 AUD incur a $15 AUD flat delivery charge. All items receive express worldwide shipping with tracking by DHL.
How long will it take to receive my order?
To Australia, your order usually take two to three business days to arrive. To the US, approximately three to five business days. We only use an Express DHL postage option, so your item is delivered as quickly as possible.
Will I be charged import taxes?
Please note each country has their own legislation regarding parcels entering the country with "imported goods".
For example, orders sent to Australia above $1000 AUD, will likely be subjected to further GST, Government administration fees and/or taxes.
We strongly suggest you consult with your local customs department and also look at http://www.dutycalculator.com/ to understand further about duties and taxes which may apply to your order and may be charged by your country.
Please note we are unable to be held responsible for any taxes/fees/duties applied by your country in relation to import taxes and it is the responsibility of the purchaser to be informed about their country's import taxes/fees/duties which may be imposed on their order.
What if I don't receive my parcel?

How is my order packed?
We pack all items individually in a seal tight plastic slip, so your item will come nicely pressed and free from any damage caused in the transporting process.
You may be subject to pay customs duty by your local customs office for purchases received outside of Bali and Australia.
